We collect two types of information separately:

  • Evidence submissions: Completely anonymous, no personal identifiers
  • Mailing list: Email address only (stored with Brevo, not us)
  • Technical data: IP addresses temporarily for rate limiting (auto-deleted, never linked to submissions)

2. How We Store Data

  • Evidence submissions are anonymous and cannot be linked to individuals
  • Email addresses are managed by Brevo (external service)
  • IP addresses are temporarily stored separately and automatically deleted
  • No cross-linking between data types is possible by design

3. Your Rights

Evidence submissions: As data is anonymous, we cannot identify, access, modify or delete individual submissions.

Mailing list: You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in emails or by contacting us.

4. Data Usage

Anonymous evidence is used for:

  • Statistical analysis and research
  • Documenting real experiences with the CMS
  • Supporting evidence-based policy discussions

5. Security

We ensure privacy by design through anonymous data collection, encrypted storage, and automatic deletion of temporary data.
